Whether they’re a colleague pioneering new ideas, a grassroots organizer building community power, a mentor who lifts others up, or someone courageously challenging the status quo, we want to shine a light on their impact.

Honorees will be selected based on the strength of their impact, their alignment to the category characteristics, and the ways they advance freedom, independence, and opportunity in their communities and beyond.

Honorees will be featured on our In Context website, celebrated across Instagram and LinkedIn, and welcomed into a growing network of changemakers whose stories will inspire others and spotlight the many ways women are driving meaningful change.
